7.1 General Bonus Terms

8.1 Bet Acceptance

8.2 Minimum and Maximum Wagers

8.3 Technical Malfunctions

The Platform is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis without warranties of any kind, either express or implied, to the fullest extent permissible under applicable law.

bounceball88 reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close your Account at any time and without prior notice where:

• You have violated any provision of these Terms
• bounceball88 is required to do so by applicable law or regulatory authority
• bounceball88 reasonably suspects fraudulent, abusive, or illegal activity on your Account
• Your Account has been inactive for a continuous period of twelve (12) months or more
• You have requested self-exclusion under the Responsible Gaming policy

Upon termination of your Account for cause, bounceball88 reserves the right to forfeit any Bonus Funds and associated winnings. Real-money balances will be returned to you via your registered payment method, subject to the completion of any outstanding KYC requirements and the deduction of any amounts owed to bounceball88.

You may close your Account at any time by contacting bounceball88 customer support. Account closure requests will be processed within five (5) business days.

bounceball88 reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms at any time. Where changes are material, bounceball88 will provide reasonable notice to Players via email or a prominent notice on the Platform prior to the changes taking effect.

Your continued use of the bounceball88 Platform following the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not agree to the amended Terms, you must cease using the Platform and may request account closure in accordance with Section 13.
